Made to order items: These items are made just for you. Expect them to be ready to ship or pick up within 2 weeks from the day the order is placed. You will receive an email confirming when the order will be completed.

Rarely we run into delays beyond our control (fabric shipments delayed, machine breakdowns etc). However we notify you if we have any delays and are happy to refund the order if the new ship date does not work for you.
In stock items: Available to ship out or pick up within 24 hours. Generally we ship orders on Fridays, however orders can be shipped or picked up the next day- simply add a note when you checkout.
Shipping within Canada:
Orders placed by noon on Thursdays will ship out by Friday. Due to Covid we are shipping orders weekly - if you need your order shipped earlier please add a note to your order during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
All orders over $100 include free tracked shipping via Canada Post. If you require faster shipping you have the option to choose faster methods. Currently due to covid Canada Post is not guaranteeing the shipping dates and occasionally have delays.
Shipping to the United States:
Ship out via Canada Post and take approx 6-8 business days to arrive (occasionally there are delays due to covid or customs). We cannot guarantee the arrival date.
Shipping to International locations: will ship out via DHL, these take approx 10 business days to arrive.
