The waistband can be folded over and allows wear the waist high or low which allows you to adjsut where the pant hem sits.
These pants have handy pockets on the side panels with lots of stretch and easy fit these are a great comfort option.

Fitted waist, slim fit in the thigh and loose fit past upper thigh. Inseam is approx 29.5”, crotch can fits a bit lower so if you regular inseam is 31-32” these will still fit perfectly. Can be shortened free of charge.
Mannequin is a size 2, 6 feet tall and wearing our XS size.
